We are using an IBM-PC MS-DOS Kermit V 3.12 (client) and a VAX
VMS Kermit
[C-Kermit 5A(188), 23 Nov 92] OpenVMS VAX (server)
Performing a transmission to a receiving Kermit via Modem with
bad line quality
results in the following error
